Using my shiny new laptop - yay! Not-so-yay is the fact that we had to pull a few hundred dollars from the saving-for-a-house account to buy said laptop, but oh well...it'll be replaced when we can. At least we didn't have to charge it?
Random ATC:
And an ATC made for a swap-bot public forums tag (one of her chosen themes was dessert, and cupcakes are fun!
On-the-go: Lots, as usual. Finishing up my five-themed ATCs for now. I have a whole whack of random ATCs, inchies and twinchies to tackle as well. Yayyyy crafting!
For the record - I'm totally not making a dent in my craft stuff. I'm trying! I really need to buy some more adhesives, though. I'll have to snag some this weekend. I'm totally out of glue tape, and I -need- that stuff! XD
My poor computer seems to be stuck on self-destruct mode. I have several photos that I need to upload, but I'm too paranoid to do anything with them right now! The external hard drive has been making really weird sounds, too...the manufacturer has shipped us a new power supply, as they claim that's probably what is causing it, but I have my doubts. Really, REALLY hope that at least one of the two holds out so I don't lose everything!
Something that's already on the computer and thus 'safe' to post about:
The starfish ATC I made for the first 'Under the Sea'-themed swap. I drew it, went over it with a sharpie and a black felt-tipped pen, and finally it was watercolor time. I think it's cute! :) (I hope my partner thinks so as well!)
I also finished the pastel inchies, pink inchies, butterfly inchies, spring inchies, and probably more. I'll refresh my memory once I'm able to upload those darned pictures!
Cross your fingers and hope that my computer holds out, please - I really don't feel like shelling out a few hundred bucks for a new one! D:
Every once in a while, I make something(s) and pack it up/send it out...and THEN realize that I never did take a photo of it. Oops!
Yeah, I did it again. 9 twinchies for another Paper Cutz swap. Oh well - I'll try not to do it again! (I know I will eventually, but at least I don't do it often?)
Anyway! Finished my four-themed ATCs two? days ago:
And I was in a random-creating mood last night, so I made these:
On the go: LOTS! Almost everything from the last post still needs to be finished. Also, I really need to attempt to tackle my craft supplies hoard - it's spilling over and taking over the table and my desk! (Ok, so it always has a partial claim on my desk, but it's getting out of control!)
Hubby has today and tomorrow off, so I'm going to attempt to use this time wisely. Lots of (spring?) cleaning, organizing, and of course, crafting! I'm going to try to use up as much of my existing supplies as possible without buying anything new. (Aside from adhesives, of course!)
Off to battle I go!
Got one more thing done tonight: Finished all three of my three-themed ATCs. Goooo watercolor rocket threes!
Goal for this weekend: Live through work. Finish that batch of ATCs I mentioned earlier. Tackle as many inchies and twinchies as humanly possible.
Hey look, a post!
I've been a busy bee, not that my blog shows much of anything this week. I have nine million ATCs on the go (ok, I'm exaggerating - roughly 20, I'm guessing) that should be finished sometime this weekend...I just have to whip out the sewing machine and do the finishing work. I'm finally starting to make more use of my constantly-growing used postage stamp hoard, yay! I use the small ones often on inchies, and have used some on twinchies, but now I'm using the bigger guys on will-be-partially-machine-sewn ATCs - fun!
I apparently failed to upload the (crappy) photo I took of the three ATCs I made for Electra for our private swap, so here we go:
And of course, the last bunch is the K through O ATC group that I finally finished. Cross-stitch is driving me nuts, but I'm happy with the finished product! O ATC was something new for me - hand-drawing. I don't think I've EVER done a hand-drawn ATC! I just hope that my partner likes them, as I put a TON of time and love into them! I think I'm especially fond of L - cuuuute!

Next up/on-the-go: Finishing that big batch of ATCs. (One will go out for a WTA, one will go towards a recycled item ATC swap since it definitely qualifies, and one will go towards the next QTA swap!) 12 pastel inchies. 5? random twinchies. Three 3-themed ATCs. Three 4-themed ATCs. Finishing my set of six spring-themed inchies. Finishing the last couple sets of alpha inchies. 12 pink inchies. More random twinchies. And a whole whack of random inchies! Whew.
How depressing - one of the needlework ATCs I sent out last month seems to be MIA. I reallyREALLY hope that it turns up eventually, as I put a ton of time & love into it...but in the meantime, I've made her a new one that'll go out in the morning! I haven't made a felt-based ATC in a bit, so I figured I was overdue. ;)
Still working on: Everything from the last post - hah!
EDIT to add -- Finally finished the inchies for Josephine, phew!
I also managed to lose my only good needle for cross-stitch, so I had to use the lame one I had to finish these...and I have a TON of cross-stitch work to do over the next few days...ugh. I really hope the good one resurfaces!
Partners were assigned, so I got to work this morning on my partners' sets for My Name in Inchies. First, I did LizzyJo's:
Then, I did Ginny's:
And I still have to do Josephine's, but first I need to cut out more inchie squares from cross-stitch fabric.
I justjust finished my ATC for the ephemera + butterfly ATC:
Fun! I'm really enjoying the host's 'ephemera + ???' swap series, and I hope she does more! (There's also an ephemera + bat one with sign-ups ending after today, but I can't figure out what the heck I'd do with it, so I'm unable to join.) I need to build up my supply of ephemera!
On-the-go/next up: JOSEPHINE inchies. L, M, N, O ATCs. 12 pastel inchies. 12 pink inchies. A few random ATCs.
Hubby got it working for now, but I fear I may need to replace it. I'm thinking laptop, but he's kind of against it because it's harder to fix if something goes wrong, and he can't really upgrade it himself. We'll see! I don't really care, so long as it works!
Finished that ephemera + robot ATC:
And finished my kawaii inchies:
Can't tell from my crappy photo, but at least half of these inchies are glittery! :DI also finished my K ATC, but as usual, not going to bother with pictures 'til the full set is finished. Finished a couple random ATCs and some random inchies, but I've no idea what they'll be going towards yet. We'll see! Finished a few twinchies that'll go towards the next sender's choice swap - will post once they're all complete.
Next up: Convincing the baby to detach from me (she's currently claw-pinching my hands as I type, and it actually really hurts!). L, M, N, O ATCs. 12 pastel inchies. 12 pink inchies. Last two sets of alpha inchies.
Finished the flower ATC yesterday, but was too lazy to upload the photo until today. (Sound familiar?)
And tackled the 'Numbers ATC - 2' ATCs this morning. :)
Next up: K, L, M, N, O ATCs, a bunch of inchies, finishing that ephemera + robot ATC.
Finished the last few inchies I needed to complete my four random sets of six for the upcoming swaps I'm hosting. (Two different swaps, same thing - one is a group swap, the other is open.)
Currently working on that flower ATC I mentioned a bit ago while the baby is napping. ;)
I actually finished the number one ATCs yesterday (wee watercolors!), but was too lazy to upload the photo until today. Go me!
The flower ATC is for a lovely lady named Sherie on swap-bot. :) She volunteered to angel a swap I was flaked on, and I wanted to send her an ATC in return for being so nice! :D
Next up - another flower ATC for a swap I'm hosting.
My pictures suck (oh, how I hate night + my crappy lighting) but here we go:
The ATC is for an ephemera + fairy ATC swap - you had to include a bit of ephemera (I used vintage sheet music) and a fairy.

The inchies are for another round of the Prism inchies series - this one is yellow. ;) (The clown one scares me!)
Currently working on an ephemera + robot ATC in the same vein as the above fairy one. Finished two more of the alpha inchies future swaps, but holding off on a photo 'til I finish all of them. Next up will be the first of the number ATC swaps - one. (Need to make three ATCs with the number one involved somehow. I know what I'll do, just need to do it!)

Three ATCs, all for KatarinaNavane. :) The flowers one is for a WTA, the birdie is part of the swarm I posted the other day for the March Mega swap, and the Rapunzel card is for Nightmares & Fairy Tales ATC swap #3.
Let me say this now - 27-count cross stitch fabric is probably capable of making me lose my mind. I don't ever want to stitch something that tiny again! >_> I hope she likes them!
Two of the cards' worth of inchies are towards a private swap, and the last six were add-ons for a group tag from the same person. ;)
Busy, busy, busy. After getting this post up, I need to get cauliflower boiling to puree, portion into cubes & freeze - I make Ms. Chubbykins' veggies/fruits purees from scratch. (Boo to mystery jarred food!)
Need to get crackin' on that nightmare/fairy tale ATC after that, if I have time...still need to do a lot of laundry and stuff. Wee.
(Haven't you heard, about the bird? EVERYONE's heard, about the bird.)
These are the cards I made for the ATC addicts - March Mega ATC swap. (When birds attack!) Plus an extra one because I was on a bird kick.
(Pa-pa-oo-mow-mow.)
